im pretty sure it is (it would be nice to see it in aoticn) but WL is a little bit sketchy with most products including there e3 1. Even though it is the E3, WL always has different looking photos than the real lasers 2. if u look on the website under the e3 tech specs, u can c that it is actually the MAX power that is 100mw and 50mw is the lowest
